Library at the Dock has just been awarded Australia’s first 6-star green star rating for a public building.
This amazing addition is a centre point for the Docklands neighbourhood, providing a place for culture, community interaction, and learning.
The Library at the Dock community centre is three stories high and 55.3 metres long by 18.1 metres wide with waterfront views.
The Studco® external steel stud wall system and the Studco top hat system were used extensively on this project to offer an engineered solution to support the unique recycled timber facade.
